The daycare and school staff consists of volunteers only, who take care and educate the children without being payed. They also participate in organizing and implementing the workshops and self supportive groups for teenage mothers.
All staff members are either former college students of the Stella Maris Polytechnik in Monrovia, where Pauline teaches basics of management or mothers of the children in the school. Some are participants of the self supportive group.
For working at the school, Pauline Kwabo helps the volunteers with school works, applications or with the organisation of scholarships. The Center gives the volunteers a small monthly amount of money for transportation to get to work. (Because there is almost no public transportation in Liberia, to share taxi with up to six peoples and luggage is the only opportunity to manage longer distances.)
